U.S. Marine Corps – I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) and Marine Corps Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC)

Aviation Technical Support Services

Overview:

Orion Strategic Solutions, LLC is the prime contractor providing aviation technical support services in support of I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) and Marine Corps Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC). The contract supports senior Marine Corps leadership through aviation logistics analysis, readiness reporting, and advisory services focused on aircraft readiness and operational decision-making.

Core Services:

• Aviation logistics data analysis, monitoring, and reporting in support of I MEF and MARFORPAC

• Daily aviation readiness reports and assessments maintained at a minimum accuracy level of 80 percent

• Liaison support between MARFORPAC Aviation Logistics Division (ALD), I MEF staff, and subordinate aviation units

• Weekly status reporting on changes to aviation readiness posture and actions taken

• Timely responses to requests for information (RFIs) from MARFORPAC ALD and I MEF Commanding General staff

• Advisory support and unsolicited recommendations to senior leadership in support of aircraft readiness

• Participation in crisis action planning teams and operational planning efforts

  Compliance & Security:

• Contractor personnel maintain active SECRET security clearances

• Compliance with Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton access, identification, and security requirements

• Adherence to Department of Defense and Marine Corps information protection and handling requirements

• Support performed in accordance with applicable aviation maintenance, supply, and readiness directives, including Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) and Marine Aviation Logistics Support Program (MALSP) references
