Orion Strategic Solutions, LLC is the prime contractor delivering mission-critical logistics and warehouse operations in support of the Maritime Administration’s (MARAD) Ready Reserve Force (RRF). This fleet forms the backbone of the nation’s strategic sealift capability, designed to activate within five days to support global military operations.

Full logistics overhaul and sustainment support for 50+ RRF, NDRF, and training vessels
On-site shipboard equipment validation, configuration updates, and inventory reconciliation
Centralized warehouse management across three 25,000+ sq. ft. GOCO facilities
Spare parts procurement, packaging, and shipment aligned with FAR and MARAD protocols
Material accountability and inventory lifecycle tracking using RMS and NSE systems
Compliance & Training:
Personnel certified in OSHA, HAZMAT, forklift operation, and DBIDS access
Trained in MARAD-specific systems and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance
All operations conducted under strict facility access, physical security, and reporting standards
FIAR-compliant audit documentation and reporting for material movement and control
Continuous support for surge-readiness posture across multiple layberths and facilities
